I’ve mentioned it in another post, but we recently had a sit-down discussion with a manufacturer with whom our relationship had started to head south. We felt as though they weren’t providing our store with what we need from a manufacturer and were considering drastically reducing the amount of inventory dollars we put into their product. As the discussion progressed, we became aware of ways in which we were not giving the manufacturer what they needed either.
